"The food is good comfort food. I love their zucchini fries and chili cheese fries. Their burgers are local joint goodness. And their pastrami and steak sandwiches are decent. I also like their shakes. Just good local burger place."

"Really good hamburger place. I tried the bacon cheese burger, it was really good. The portions are big, a little pricey but worth it. Customer service is ok, staff is friendly. The restaurant itself is well kept, is it clean and the a/c is great for a hot day."

"Went through the drive thur customer service lady was so rude. So sad out of all the fast food restaurants we choose to eat at which would have been about $100 to spend. We canceled are order and moved on. Spent our money at Jim’s. Honestly people if customer service is not what you enjoy doing get another job."
