"I’ve been to Progress on Main a few times, and overall it’s been a decent experience. I’ve had a good time each visit, and the place has a laid-back vibe that makes it easy to hang out and enjoy yourself. The atmosphere is okay, nothing over the top, but comfortable enough to relax and socialize. The food was okay, not bad but not especially memorable, and the drinks were also okay and did the job. It’s a solid local bar if you’re in the area and looking for a casual spot to grab a drink and unwind. Nothing really stood out as amazing, but nothing was bad either. Overall, it’s a decent place to stop by if you’re nearby."

"Progress on main is located in downtown El Monte, it is spacious and with a sports bar vibe. I love that all the staff were so friendly and accommodating, it def left us a very good first impression of this place! It’s a good place to come for happy hour! Even on Saturday, happy hour is from 4pm-8pm. Friendly staff + Drinks with a fair price!"

"Through Yelp Elite This was an interesting event since we've never heard of this place. We got there around 8:30 PM on a week night and the place was fairly empty. We didn't get a goody bag compared to the other reviews though. Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Yelp event drink was very spicy but the SO loved it with the tamaroca around the rim. Didn't care too much for the paper even when soaked with liquid. Ambience: 5/5 - fairly quiet and lots of space! There were a few pinball machines and many tv with different games on Service: 5/5 - We were greeted fairly quickly and once checked in they were able to get our beer but only the male bartender knew how to make the special event drink. Value for price: 5/5 - fair pricing for drinks. Would come back for the happy hour and to try more drinks! Thank you TD, Progress on Main, and Yelp for putting together another fun event!"
