"I hard the strong roast Simon ***. Strange that they do not have regular milk, only almond, oat and skim milk. Kind of spoilt the experience. The coffee was nicely strong and better than the average Starbucks. Their barristers took their time and business was good. Lots of bakery items on sale as well."

"Ok, I feel I have to give this Philz location a full 5 stars because their service is so solid. This is a super busy location, they have 4 baristas just constantly making drinks and their mobile pick up area is completely packed with drinks waiting to be picked up. I came in a got a mojito coffee and a cookie croissant, which was very tasty, but I don’t dare look up the calories or sugar content of this. There’s one person on cash and food duty, so it does take a bit for food. And while I was waiting for my drink, I decided to take a bite of my croissant, but me being the uncoordinated oaf that I am, I dropped the croissant on the ground before I even got a bite. Disappointment fell across my face as it splattered crumbs in every direction like a buttery grenade throwing cookie and crust shrapnel everywhere. The nice lady at the front saw the horror and disappointment on my face and offered me a new croissant, free of charge. I offered to clean up after myself, and did my best, but she insisted. The notion was really appreciated and it made the cookie croissant taste that much better when I finally got it into my mouth and not all over the floor."

"Great little spot! walked over from the Westdrift in the mornings for coffee and pastries for my crew. Had AMAZING ice coffee.. they checked every time to make sure it was tasting just right. It was open on Thanksgiving, which was nice for me!"
