"I came here because I saw the good reviews. Maybe I came on an off day or ordered items that they don't specialize in. The hot chocolate was diluted. The Mayan mocha was diluted. The featured sandwich with egg, avocado and bacon did not taste good. The avocado was unripe and the sandwich was dry. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The barista was not. I stood in front of him for a few minutes to get help. I tried to make eye contact and he did not acknowledge me even though he saw me. He was making drinks, but a simple nod of the head or eye contact would have been nice. I observed him greeting and talking to other people afterwards while he was working, so I know he was capable of it. I would suggest customer training for this individual. I left feeling very disappointed. I really wanted to like this place."

"This is one of my favorite coffee shops, I don't live in the area so if I am nearby I always stop if I can. My favorite coffee drink is the Mayan Mocha, it has a little bit of a spicy kick. All the drinks I have tried there are yummy. I will most definitely be back!"
