"I’m so disappointed in my experience here today. I’ve ordered a turkey pesto sandwich many times from Better Buzz before. Today was a different story. The sandwich was wet and soggy, it was literally so disgusting, I was only able to take 2 bites out of it before throwing it in the trash where it belongs. They’re really deceptive on their website because the sandwich looks really crispy in their pictures but this time around they didn’t even toast it and it was just wet bread. Also, to make matters worse, I’m now extremely sick from the sandwich. I’m having stomach issues and I’m dealing with nausea/vomitting now. Stay away from their sandwiches. They don’t know how to make them properly and it’ll make you sick."

"Drinks are always amazing. Most of the staff there are very upbeat and are great at the craft. Lots of their ingredients (including their food, which is real food unlike Starbucks) is made/prepped in house from scratch. And the beans are miles better than Starbucks. It's quality you can taste. I recommend ordering drinks half sweet so you can actually get a good taste of the coffee AND the flavors."
