"I don’t really understand why my taro tea was this color. Strange since taro is normally purple. Not sure it tasted correctly either. Boba didn’t taste that fresh either. It was handed off with no interaction from the staff member so I couldn’t ask about it. Other pictures show purple taro so they obviously need to do some quality control."

"I love Ding Tea, but this location needs some TLC. Restrooms are not available to customers and there are dying plants greeting you as you walk inside. I love the Signature Milk Tea, but this tasted a little odd…..and not enough sweetness for 100% sweetness level. I have been to this location before, but only returned because I had a gift card. **Update. August 2024 Restrooms are still closed for customers. Not a place where people stay to relax and socialise. I came back as I still have a gift card to use and was hoping to update in a positive way. Only one dying plant now….but the Signature Milk Tea still has a different taste to other Ding Teas. It has a slightly bitter taste."

"Accessibility: there are disabled parking spots right in front of the store and a ramp to get onto the sidewalk, yay! Incredible. The doors to enter are pull. It is well lit inside the building at night but the parking lot is dark. There are wheelchair accessible tables inside with moveable chairs, no tables outside. Experience: the employees were nice and very helpful in explaining what was in different drinks. The drinks were okay but I didn't like them as much as the Ding Tea in San Marcos. I would give this place another try though."
