"Advertised as 24/7 on the website and Google/Yelp with no mention of holiday hours. Arrived ~7:50 PM on Christmas Day to find the shop completely closed and dark, no sign posted. Two people (likely staff) sat in a car outside laughing while I tried the door. Very disappointing—please update your listed hours when closing for holidays."

"Very bad experience with customer service. Went in the morning to buy donuts for my brother and I, and the lady behind the counter, not sure what her situation was, was very rude. We were ordering and she kept telling us "Is that it, is that it?? Is that all you want." As if telling us to hurry up and leave, because she was too busy to take our order. She was glaring at us at one point and talking about us in Spanish as if we didnt understand. I also happened to ask her about the price of a drink and sandwich all she said was, it's too expensive for you, you won't be able to afford it. All we wanted that morning was our food but with that attitude, we should have gone to another doughnut place."
