"I’ve been a regular here for years, but unfortunately I don’t feel like I can continue supporting this business. It seems like prices go up every time I come in, yet the stamp cards/rewards have been completely eliminated. Even large chains like Starbucks manage to offer rewards, so it’s disappointing to see a local business move in the opposite direction. I could have looked past that, but the quality has also gone downhill. My espresso tastes burnt far too often, and on multiple different occasions my drinks have been closer to a 16oz before I had even taken a sip. When you’re paying $7.25 for a 20oz drink, plus a $1.25 tip, you expect to actually receive what you paid for. With hundreds of customers a day, shorting drinks may save product, but it definitely costs customer trust. Sadly, this place has lost mine. Thankfully, Shotz Coffee has come to Eureka(right on broadway as well!)they’re more affordable and the quality is noticeably better."
