"poor customer service, I walk to this location on Saturdays, staff is typically not very friendly, I can ignore that, I'm just there to grab drinks, but today they wouldn't give me a cup holder. Since I was walking home I needed a bag and cup holder to carry my drinks, I was informed that cup holders are now only for door dash, which must be a new policy because I've never had an issue with this before. So I can spend 20$ on drinks but they won't give you a 2cent cup holder, but theyll let you have a bag. Drinks in bags without a holder don't travel very well, so by the time I get home I have a soggy bag with the bottom blown out and wet sticky hands, good job Starbucks you saved 2 cents but lost a customer, smart buisness model! I did enjoy the smug "have a nice day" on the way out though"
