"My friends and I went to Kirkland’s across the street and then stopped by here after. We didn’t realize they closed at 2pm, so when we showed up there was literally no line. They were almost done for the day. The staff was so nice and friendly! It was so funny because she asked me to pick my favorite chips… but there was only one kind 😂 I got my usual nova lox, and I ordered the avocado + egg sandwiches for my kids. She was super sweet and even customized them for me. My kids needed to use the bathroom and it was so clean and really nice. We ate outside afterward so they could finish closing up. Loved the whole experience!"

"Not impressed with the service. Did an order ahead turns out they’re out of that bagel that’s fine no worries. I was trying to see what type of bagels they did have, but they looked pretty picked over. There’s a line of people in front of the bagel case and the names are pretty small so I had a hard time seeing the names of the bagels they still had. So I asked the staff member what kind of bagels do you still have? As rude as possible, she says the ones right in front of you and walked away. They maybe had five types of bagels left like would it really have been that big of a deal to list the ones you still had? I asked a simple question. It doesn’t hurt to be nice."

"Maddy was amazing at assisting a mishap on my end. I forgot to pick up an order of bagels my wife had ordered and was nervous they were not going to have the quantity we ordered after they donated the bagels I failed to pick up. They were able to accommodate the order and went above and beyond to make this happen for us. We are always beyond pleased with our experience here at Noah’s Bagels locally and the staff is always amazing.
