"Mazapán coffee was really good. Waits times are extensive however the wait is worth it. See their instagram for accurate availability. They are great with posting when they run out of matcha or specific drinks, also if they sell out for the day."

"I went on a Thursday around 12 and there was only two people in front of me. I got the banana bread latte and it was very yummy would go again to try other ones."

"If your going to post hours of operation, make sure you are open for business. I've tried to go on to different occasions and your never open. Nowhere to park. Getting yelled at by your neighbors trying to find parking. Just a whole dumb situation. Get your stuff together."

"Do not go here if you're in a time crunch. Could have been staffing, but during my visit they were inadequate at handling a moderate line. Which wouldn't really be an issue normally, but you will be out in the sun so be ready."

"Drove 15 minutes just to find you can’t park on their street, don’t offer decaf and didn’t have a lot of their drinks available on the menu. Bummer! I really wanted to try it."
