Seem smaller but spacious and well decor then the other. Plenty of inside and outdoor patio seating overlooking the street and the park. Great service, good drinks, okey foods. They do have combo special (bánh mì & coffee) for $10 (not including tax & tip). Short wait for the foods & great chill vibe."

"This Vietnamese Cafe serves actual Vietnamese style tea which is rare here! The flavors are stronger and richer than the standard teas you find in the area with a unique flavor profile. Though, you can still choose a tea you’re familiar with. The interior of the shop was super cute with tons of seating. I think it’s decorated like retro Vietnam, completed with mopeds! Also, the staff know about tea and are helpful in making a selection! On hot days, they close the door to the patio and run the AC to stave off the heat. Always appreciated."
