"Coffee was alright and I appreciate their unique menu. And I like the messages on the cups. There wasnt anyone in there when we went in, but we're not welcomed in. Guy stood there and didn't say anything until we took our orders. Then after we got our drinks we're just sitting around on phone with air pods in. The place is pretty small and there isn't much seating, so I'd say it's better to take it to go and not stay here. If you're already in the mall, it's an okay place to stop by on the way out."

"Incredibly yummy but I’ve noticed on multiple occasions this young girl working there is a little rude. She doesn’t speak and just kinda stares at you and it feels very uncomfortable. This cafe is super cozy but this definitely kills the vibe. I prefer the location in tower."

I used to enjoy coming here, But today was just the last straw!!!!!.But today was just the last straw, The girl had no Customer Service skills. She was just on her phone with her AirPods on. She did not greet us at all !!! Didn’t ask what we wanted, she just stood there and waited for us to speak. She literally gave me pure eyes before I knew it. I was done with my drink, not even whipped cream was added to this, I used to enjoy coming here but not anymore and it’s such a beautiful place."

"First time here , my mazapan latte was delicious, the churro latte tasted watered down with cinnamon….I ordered 60 mini pancakes and got 30 instead . . I went back and the lady knew she only gave me 30 but I got charged for 60 pancakes … I got the refund on the difference but from the beginning she didn’t look too thrilled to make 60 mini pancakes. If that’s the issue maybe it shouldn’t be on the menu ."

"Sweet staff answered all my questions. I really liked all the coffee and energy drinks we got. I prefer the love potion more than the sour bliss. Duvalin latte was perfectly sweet and balanced with coffee. So many options to choose from, excited to have this be my new go to spot."
