"Even though the bar is not on top of the building I did enjoy the ambience. It is a perfect place to have drinks. They currently don't serve food for now but they are working on that. I actually enjoyed all the drinks I ordered. The bartenders Russell and Ash were awesome. I will definitely be visiting again."

"Quail State really oversold itself online and under-delivered in person. I came here excited to check out the rooftop since Quail State advertises itself as Fresno’s only rooftop bar. Unfortunately, the rooftop was closed for a private event that wasn’t listed anywhere on their Google account. Inside was uncomfortably hot—no proper AC, just swamp coolers. The bartender seemed rushed, and the drinks were mediocre at best. For $17 a drink, I expected much better quality and larger portions. Definitely not worth the hype. Separate Note on Service: When I asked the bartender what drink he recommends or what his best drink is, he seemed annoyed by the question. His reaction actually made me feel uncomfortable enough that I decided to leave. He did say he was sorry once he realized I noticed his anger, but the experience had already been soured. For a bar that advertises itself as a top spot, that kind of service was really disappointing."

"It was good food, not great but good. The cheese platter had a nice selection, the quiche was fresh but, the eggs with the eggs Benedict were pretty firm. We saw that a lot of people raved about the staff in other reviews but we had very very little interaction with staff. Since you order on the app, we only saw someone when our drinks and food were delivered. I do love the concept though. Not any place like it in the Fresno region."
