What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"My dad and I order their bingsoo but I got the Matcha flavor and my dad got the coffee biscotti flavor and the texture was fine but the flavors could be worked on. I'm saying this because the matcha is ceremonial and it's very strong so I think they out way to much and it even need a slight bit of sweetness because it was too bitter because there was too much ceremonial matcha. It's different if the matcha is not ceremonial then you would need to use more matcha but if it is ceremonial matcha you only need to add a bit for the flavor to shine. I did use the red bean and mixed because it made my bingsoo sweeter not that it needed a lot of sugar but just a sprinkle is enough. As for my dad's coffee biscotti flavor my dad said it was too sweet. Now this place is new so this is just honest criticism because I want this place to succeed but with success comes with constructive criticism. So I will come back because I do want to try their drinks, but I do think that the bingsoo flavors need some work. But the service was good they provided some utensils for my dad and I so we didn't even have to get up to get them ourselves which proves they really want to succeed and I want them to but it will take time because they are brand new. I hope they're drinks will be better than the bingsoo I got because I've heard the drinks were good so I'll look forward to ordering a drink the next time I come. Oh also the place inside was super cute inside I recommend giving this place a chance because it definitely has potential especially since we could use more Asian food and desserts in Fullerton and Orange California. 🌸💮 I believe also that you can fit four people per table. Also I'll edit this review this place once more when I try their drinks that seem appealing to me. 👍🏻 Anyway sorry this was a long paragraph it's just hard to summarize it lol. 😕😊❤️🩷🍧✨"
"The bing-soo shaved ice here is really good! We got their mango bingsoo, and it was super good. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for their bingsoo shaved ice! The base shaved ice is tasty just by itself. Slightly less sweet/creamy than other places, but I like it as it's lighter. The mango pieces were great, and the mango cream/syrup topping was super good too. They have other flavors that look really good that I'll be interested in trying next, like: chestnut, grape, sweet corn, strawberry, melon. Their serving sizes were fine - their small size is a perfect size for a solo serving (or, split with someone else it's a perfect light dessert serving). We'll definitely be coming back for more bingsoo! And their matcha drinks look good too, but we didn't try it this time. There is plenty of seating with comfortable chairs and outlets. I bet this would be a nice place to work. Interior has good lighting + good ambience. Parking was fairly easy too during the evening, so perfect for dessert."
"This matcha is insane!!!!! I think it’s worth coming here just for this matcha, not only for people in this neighborhood, but for anyone. It was such a great experience. You can enjoy your drink either inside or outside, and she is so kind. Most of all, the matcha is really smooth, and I chose the sweet option, but it wasn’t too sweet the balance was perfect. I really enjoyed it."
"A new cafe just opened, and I tried their Mango Bingsu and Double Matcha Latte — both were amazing! 🥭🍵 The mango bingsu was so light and refreshing, and the double matcha latte had a rich, smooth flavor. They even made me a mini bingsu so I could try another flavor — how sweet is that? 💛 Great place, friendly service, and plenty of parking! I’ll definitely be back. ☀️"
"I found out about this newly opened cafe across the street from St. Jude and decided to try their Matcha Einspänner — and honestly, it blew me away. The drink was layered beautifully with deep green matcha on the bottom and a generous cloud of silky green whipped cream on top. Visually, it was already a masterpiece, but the first sip was what truly won me over. The matcha itself had a smooth, earthy depth — not too bitter, not too sweet — balanced perfectly with the creamy, slightly salty top layer. You can tell they use high-quality matcha because it had that rich umami note and vibrant green color that only good ceremonial-grade powder gives. The cream didn’t just sit there like decoration; it slowly melted into the drink, turning every sip into a new texture — first rich and foamy, then velvety and mellow. The drink also wasn’t overly sweet, which I appreciated; it felt refined, like something from a Kyoto café rather than a chain coffee shop. The atmosphere adds to the whole experience — warm lighting, a calm playlist, and minimalist design with soft wood and white walls. If you’re a fan of matcha or just curious about trying something different from your usual latte, this Matcha Einspänner is a must. I’d come back for it again and again — it’s that good."
"The Mango and strawberry bingsoo is 10/10. The service is great and the whole place is aesthetic"
