"We've been coming to this place since 2022 and I don't know if it changed ownership or management, but the quality has declined. I have had 3 bad experiences the last few times I have been there 🤔 The staff is nice, but I no longer see a consistent staff, which is probably why the quality has changed. I usually go on Friday mornings. The first bad experience was last month (in December), when I ordered two chai lattes. There were two girl baristas and we were the only ones in the shop at that time. Then, more people started coming in and it got busy... As soon as I noticed other people who came in after us getting their orders, I asked about mine. It turns out they hadn't even started it! They finally gave me the chai lattes, which didn't even taste like chai... It was all cinnamon! It was disgusting. The second time after that, I placed an order at their self-order kiosk, and their terminal charged me twice for my order. Luckily, I saw it when I got home and I called for a refund. Today... we went in and I placed an order for 1 coffee, a pastry, and a grilledcheese sandwich... We were going to dine-in, but it took almost a half hour to get our order, so I took it to go. The coffee was good, just more on the warmer side, not as hot as it usually is, but it was still good. The coffee cake was also good... But the grilled cheese was awful :( I have ordered it before and it used to be very cheesy and delicious. This time, we waited over 20 minutes for a half-burned grilledcheese sandwich... I am attaching a photo... The cheese was barely cheese anymore! 🤦🏻‍♀️ The food doesn't taste bad, it is the way it is being prepared that is inconsistent... 🤷🏻‍♀️ The same thing happened with my chai lattes last month :( It makes us not want to go back... We feel disappointed. On the positive side, they did remodel this place not so long ago and it looks nice, but I hope they go back to providing the same quality food and service they used to... 🤷🏻‍♀️"

"It’s a specialty coffee shop with the intention of serving exceptional coffee, tea, pastries, brunch, and desserts. They aim to be intentional with more than just coffee, but also with their service, conversation, and community. The staff is friendly and they do love conversations. Very fast with service, and they definitely get a sporadic burst of customers. Plenty of seating here, but what I love is that the conversations are louder, (but not too loud) than the music, it really shows the community here. I ordered the Madagascar Vanilla Latte, the Madagascar Vanilla syrup is made in house, no artificial flavors here. The coffee is so smooth, and flavorful, I loved it and also the foam artwork! I love this place, I would definitely come back."

"Honestly a great coffee shop with good vibes. Inside and outside seating. Self order system available which is surprising. Staff is great. Coffee was good, had a latte that night. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend visiting. A good place to do some studying, have a chat with ppl, and grab some coffee/drinks with some snacks. Will come back!"

"This is such a cute coffee shop! It feels very comfortable and every one there was super friendly. I got the golden milk tea. It’s prepaid so I could adjust the sugar levels. In general, I don’t like sugary drinks so this was too sweet for me but I did think the tea itself tasted really good. I also got a chocolate scone. They warmed it up for me and it was delicious. It was the perfect ratio of chocolate chips to scone. This is a great place to stop by and grab a cup to go or sit and work for a bit.
