We always share the Strawberry Banana Crepe—it’s the BEST! Their savory options are just as amazing—the Organic Popcorn Chicken with Honey Garlic Soy Sauce is a must-try! The service here is truly outstanding. The manager, Yohannes, always goes the extra mile to customize our drinks just the way we like them. Tiffany, the owner, is so warm and welcoming—she makes the place feel like home. I’ve been coming here since 2009, and whenever I have family visiting LA, Boba Beast is always on the list of places I take them. "Popcorn chicken is not worth $14 bucks ... extremely small portions... and the chicken is so small all you taste is batter. My French fries weren't cooked fully. 🤦‍♀️ spent $27 dollars on two things and its was not worth it at all ... O not to include no one greets you or smile... the girl look high and when she asked the cook can I have the tempura fries with no batter that conversation took about 5 minutes, which doesn't really make sense. Because it's a very simple question."

"Ambiance: small shop in a shopping center. Super clean and light, not much space for seating. Service: It wasn't busy when I got there, it didn't take too long to receive my order. Food: I liked my chocolate milk tea, I'd prefer a creamier texture, but it did the job, I'll try something else next time. They have a large variety."

"Ordered a Golden milk tea with less ice and 50% sugar. This is a nice choice to get a sugar fix in. The brown sugar sweetness is nice and light partly due to the creamer. There is cinnamon in here which adds a kick. Location has some seating for short visits and a few outdoor seats too."
