"Very kind staff that explained everything to us step by step. Sweetness for your drinks is easily adjusted and they have many milk options including Koatji! This shop is small however so I wouldn’t recommend bringing your laptop to do any work. However very welcoming atmosphere and the shop was very clean. This was a well balanced iced matcha and the Vietnamese coffee leans a little coffee sided and delicious."

"I’m from Germany and quite critical when it comes to matcha.My family and I run a coffee shop back home that also serves matcha lattes, so I had pretty high expectations. This wasn’t my first matcha in Los Angeles, but I have to say, I’m really impressed! From the vibrant color to the perfectly balanced taste, everything is spot on. The shop itself is super cute & small, but that’s absolutely fine. You don’t need a big space to serve great coffee or matcha. The staff are very friendly, and you can really feel how much love and care they put into their work. The quality is outstanding, and the price is definitely worth it. "Stopped at this shop because I was in the search for a Vietnamese iced coffee for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it! I got the Ho-jicha Einspanner to try something new and I did like it! If you do the Einspanner just a heads up that it does have a more peculiar taste due to the milk that gets used. Would definitely stop by again and try something else!"

"UPDATED Review: I went back on 12/9/25 to give them another try after they replied to my original review. The place is small but cute, had seating and a record player in the corner. I loved that little touch. The gentleman taking and making the orders was nice and welcoming. He was also efficient in making drinks since he was alone at the time. I ordered their signature matcha and it was how he described it. It was moderately sweet, which was nice. I don’t like my drinks very sweet and this matcha was spot on with the sweet level. I would almost say it’s on the lighter side of sweetness. I look forward to going back and trying their signature latte drink. Came by today 10/24/25 (Friday) at 8:45am and they were not open. Sign says they’re open from 8am-4pm. I’m sad because I wanted to try a new place and support a local business."
