"I've been a loyal customer of Dune Coffee Roasters since they first opened their doors in downtown Santa Barbara, but I'm sad to say the experience has deteriorated significantly. The service has become notably poor, with staff often acting as though they're doing you a favor rather than providing hospitality—basic customer service training seems desperately needed. While the coffee itself is decent, it now feels overpriced for what you actually receive, especially given the lackluster service. I hope they can turn things around because the potential is there, but right now I can't recommend it as I once did."

"Dune used to be my favorite until this morning. I ordered a vanilla latte and it was warm and did not like it. The person who made it was talking to a customer when I got to the store to pickup my order. Unsure if he wasn't concentrated but this coffee did not taste as good as it used to be. Plus, the person who made it just dropped the coffee at the counter and called my name and did not even looked at me or say thank you. So disappointed. Not my favorite coffee shop anymore"
