"Corvis Bakery is a fun little coffee shop and bakery tucked away in Grass Valley. Everything they bake is 100% gluten-free, which makes it a great stop for anyone with dietary restrictions or just looking for a lighter treat. We sampled a couple of their cupcakes — the chocolate one was a bit of a disappointment, as it seemed older and harder than it should’ve been. However, the carrot cake cupcake more than made up for it — fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. On a recommendation, we also tried the cortado, made with whole milk, and it was excellent — smooth, balanced, and perfectly prepared. We’d definitely return, and we’d be happy to recommend Corvis Bakery to family and friends looking for a cozy spot with gluten-free treats and quality coffee."

"Think this may be the best gluten free bakery I’ve tried. The variety of choices and flavors were incredible and made choosing incredibly hard! I had the Persian Love Cake (wow!) and a matcha latte. I also bought “day old” savory herb scone and it was moist, buttery and full of flavor. I’m glad I don’t live closer because I’d want one of those scones everyday. Thank you to the owners, chef and staff for this wonderful GF gem in downtown Grass Valley."
