"2 stars because the food was prepared just good enough. The employees need customer service training. I placed an online order and it was a 20 minute drive, when I arrived the app said my order was ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes and then randomly an employee ask me “sir are you picking up?” And I respond “ yes, I’ve been waiting for about 15 minutes.” And he tried to hush me and tell me “shhh” so other customers couldn’t hear me. And I said it again “I’ve been waiting.” And he explained they were short staffed..I also explained I work at a restaurant and his attitude was very rude. He gave me my food and I left and a few customers were smiling at me because the encounter was actually funny. Customer service matters…. Be mindful of your customers life."
