What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I visited Tram Cream Coffee after a trip to the theatre and decided to try their Tiramisu drink since I love exploring new coffee spots. The flavor was actually good, but there was way too much ice. I’ve seen other people mention this too, and I’m honestly surprised it still hasn’t been addressed. For a small drink that’s around $6, getting mostly ice instead of the actual drink was disappointing. For the drink itself, I’d give it 2 stars. BIGG DISAPPOINTING. The café itself, though, is really nice. It’s spacious, bright, and decorated beautifully with Christmas décor right now — very cozy and welcoming. It’s a comfortable place to sit, relax, or catch up with someone. They also offer a good variety of drinks beyond coffee. From what I saw on the menu boards, they have milk teas, fruit teas, matcha drinks, specialty blends, and even seasonal or signature options. If you’re into snacks, they also offer items like pork floss bread, sponge cake with salted egg, lava cheese bread, and a few other bakery-style bites. In terms of pricing, most drinks seem to fall in the $5–$7 range depending on size, and snacks run around $4–$11. So on average, someone could expect to spend around $10–$15 per visit if they’re grabbing a drink and maybe a snack. I also noticed they sell their own merch, including a tote bag, a hat, and a bottle, which is a cute touch for fans of the café. Overall, the ambiance and customer service were great — the cashier was kind and the checkout was smooth even with multiple orders. I really hope they improve the ice-to-drink ratio, because the place itself has a potential."
"Ordered the Sesame Iced Coffee — the taste is good, but the ice situation is not. Even after requesting light ice and explicitly asking for 2–3 ice cubes (due to ear sensitivity), the cup was filled with large ice cubes, effectively the same volume as full ice at most cafés. This noticeably reduced the amount of actual coffee. At $9 for a drink, that’s hard to justify. Customization requests should be respected, especially when clearly stated. Good flavor, but execution and value need improvement."
"I ordered large Saigon no ice and their Creamy Ha Noi. They said it comes like these, it’s all ice. Look at my Saigon, is literally less than half with no ice for a LARGE! This feels wrong."
"I ordered 1 salted coffee without ice and surprise my coffee only bottom of the cup. I didn’t pay attention when I stepped out the store because the cream was full on the way the top but coffee just 1/4 of the cup. They do treat us see that a lot but it’s not. This the first time I order no ice, I can’t believe how many time I order before be treat by the full cup of ice and coffee just only little bit"
"I ordered a matcha latte, it was fine, pretty expensive ($9), I still took the bullet and bought it because I wanted to see how it was. First of all they fill 85% of the cup with ice. Second, there was a fly in my matcha!!!! I feel so gross because I only noticed halfway through. I will never return here and I want to talk to someone about this!! I need a refund."
