"This place used to be amazing. My last two orders at the drive through have been wrong. I checked my order today and it appeared to be right but I didn't realize the truth until I got home. The first time, I requested a bagel with cream cheese and some chicken salad. The bagel was scooped out with no cream cheese at all. Today they gave me tuna salad instead of chicken salad. I don't think the issue is with the person taking the order. I think it's the kitchen staff misinterpreting the order completely."

"Be prepared to have to repeat your (in store) order at least 3 times! I don’t know if it’s a language barrier or they’re just not listening. Plus your order will be wrong still, 50% of the time. I asked for all everything bagels and they gave me disgusting garlic bagels. They weren’t even supposed to be cut or toasted or anything. Not to mention a half full container of cream cheese (rip). A pretty simple order to get so wrong.$14 for bad service- decent food."
