"I have enjoyed coming to this place for years but have seen it change hands when presotea came along. As much as I’ve enjoyed the fact their presence has brought a cleaner feel to this strip mall, the customer service in their physical establishment has gone downhill and the banh mi is really not delicious like it used to be."

"I hope management sees this. Their employees are spread way too thin. You cannot expect them to tend to several tables and essentially run an entirely separate storefront for beverages. I’ve ordered a simple iced coffee here on several occasions and have waited 20 minutes not once but twice and have even tried placing orders ahead of time but still arrive and have to wait 10+ minutes for a drink. I love the coffee and the workers truly are doing their best but I believe this is a management and staffing issue. Priority is given to diners instead of counter service customers who are getting a quick coffee because they’re likely pressed for time and have things to do. There should never be one person tending an entire restaurant and coffee/drink bar during lunch hours. I hope to have efficient and proper service in the near future. Thank you."

"I usually get their blended mocha with whipped cream, absolutely delicious. Today I got their peach oolang and the peach flavor is great! Also recommend their Royal Earl Grey *chefs kiss*. Service is speedy and the person that was on today was awesome super appreciate your work! Location is inside a Vietnamese restaurant off to the side and it has a little corner you can sit at if you want. There's also a grassy area park steps away from it if you want to take your drink for a short walk or bring a blanket and touch some grass. Parking is super easy and the lot is typically pretty quiet, there's a wheel chair ramp right in front as well."
