The result is pretty much milk. Barely taste the matcha. What a waste. Was about 12 min wait in the drive thru."

"I’m sharing a concern from a recent visit. I observed two employees (one of whom appeared to be in a supervisory/manager role), interacting in a VERY flirty and overly familiar way while on shift, which felt unprofessional. I also recognized the same two individuals together outside of work in Little Tokyo on December 5th late at night. This raised concerns for me about professionalism and hygiene when preparing drinks. As a customer, I want to feel confident that proper handwashing and food safety practices are consistently followed. I hope management addresses this to ensure a professional and safe legal environment. UPDATE!!!!!!! FOLLOW UP REVIEW: I will NOT be returning to this store. On my most recent visit, the same male employee was working with a very large hickey on his neck, poorly covered with a bandage. This was extremely inappropriate, unprofessional, and honestly uncomfortable to witness as a customer. Combined with the overly flirty and boundary-crossing behavior I previously observed between him and an older female employee who appeared to be management, this reflects very poor management and a lack of basic workplace standards. It also raises concerns about cleanliness and professionalism. Overall, this is not an environment I feel comfortable supporting anymore."

"I have tried a few different drinks from here and compared the the mermaid i think Tierra Mia is more authentic to the taste of whatever drink is being made rather than something super sweet and overthetop. I personally love this because sometimes i just want something a bit more subtle. I love the vibe when walking in. The room is small but yet roomy, there are people drawing and talking, others doing work and studying. Very chill vibe in the night. I would recommend walking in to order."
