"I just had the world’s best sandwich. The Char char which was today’s special…I can’t even tell you the effort they just put into these. The ingredients..incredible. There house umami aioli and the yuzu kosho hot honey on the side to dip it in???? are they even serious…they really know what they are doing here….AND everything organic and seed oil free. We found heaven. I truly don’t think there’s a better restaurant and definitely not a better sandwich and salad spot in the world. Don’t forget their lattes and fresh baked delicious mouth watering treats. And their cute drawings on them. Thank you for a truly epic experience."

"Matcha with almond milk was the best I’ve had in Palm Springs. Perfectly blended, smooth and high grade matcha for sure. I also got their cinna-sant cinnamon roll croissant which I would eat 100 times and was sad when it was all gone. It was so good, not dry (which I feel like is a feat in itself in the desert)."

"Don't be fooled. This place is a legitimate gourmet experience disguised as a mild mannered cafe and sandwich shop. The Charcut was the best sandwich I have ever eaten- period. The Aussie was also amazing. We also recommend the Matcha latte with pistachio milk. The portions here a generous and the ingredients are obviously high quality. The staff is also very personable. Highly recommended."

"Wow. This place is amazing, and the sandwiches are HUGE!!! I recommend splitting - my husband loves to eat and could only eat half the Le Parma. I got the Chicken Club and could also only eat half of it. We have been in this area for a week on vacation, and this is the best place we have had. Wish we discovered it sooner so we could have it again before our flight tomorrow. Highly recommend!"

"This is my go-to spot, best Panini's, great matcha and amazing staff. they only use quality ingredients and I love that they are also seed oil free. The steak tartare grilled cheese is the best sandwich in the desert. My other favorites are the Roma panini, Mambo Italiano cold cut and the Lavender Cloud Matcha. And don't forget to look at their weekly special."
