"Went there to meet a friend on his recommendation and nicely surprised! The coffee bean roasting machine right up front as you enter was shocking at first but once you see the whole space, serving area in the center and open all the way around, the industrial ceiling and decor it all makes sense and comes together very nicely! The americano was nice as well and not watered down, the pastry was crispy and perfectly cinnamony for this customer. Happened to randomly meet the young owners as well, Good luck to them in bringing their Santa Barbara brand to Coachella."

"Saguaro Coffee Shop serves good, strong coffee with unique and exotic flavors you don’t find everywhere. You can really taste the quality in each cup, and it’s a great spot if you appreciate bold coffee. The only downside for me was that it was very quiet inside and a bit hot, which made it less comfortable to stay for long. Other than that, the coffee itself is definitely worth trying, and I’d come back for another cup."

"Stopped in for a coffee on our self led "Desert Crawl". The staff is very welcoming, aesthetically pleasing interior. I loved seeing the roast machine upon entry, that alone gives a completely different energy to a coffee shop. Today was the grand opening so the pastry bar was a little space, I'd like to come back and see it full on a normal day. The seasonal drinks speak to the culture that Saguaro is bringing to Indio, it's refreshing to see house made flavors not overpowered with sugar. I also loved their own spin on drinks VS the same old reptitive drink names. Now the coffee is absolutely delicious and rich! Major points for not up charging on milk alternatives. You can hear yourself think and even with a friendly amount of people inside, you can have a conversation without feeling like so many voices are crossing over. This is definitely going to be on my list of repeat coffee shops. Show them some love next time you're looking to try something worth your money!"

"Was driving from the San Bernardino mountains to salvation mountain and wanted to stop somewhere along the way to get my wife some matcha and myself some coffee and found this place. So glad we chose this one! My wife got the seasonal pear matcha and it was so good! I got the cafe de olla and it was also 🔥! Highly recommend! Oh and they have the option to get the matcha unsweetened and they offer calico farms coconut milk (with no added sugar ) if you are looking for unsweetened as well. Plus they roast there own coffee beans 🫘 It’s a no brainer!"
