The employees were super sweet and I really appreciated that during my experience. They were social and carried conversation well and it wasn’t awkward. "Another Orange County coffee shop chain that is losing customers left and right due to their cheapness. The amount of coffee that one gets for $7 is ridiculous and sad. I regularly order a large VTM, and the amount I get gets smaller and smaller. There is more ice in a cup than actual drink. After I asked several times to give me no ice or very easy ice, they told me that they can not do that. They have to put ice in!!! What?! It is most likely due to their corporate wanting to save as much money as possible. Here is the latest picture of a "large" VTM I ordered. I discarded 50% of the ice so everyone can see more clearly how much actual coffee you get. Remember, there's still a bunch of ice in this. I am officially done with this BLK dot location, and will drive to another one, in hopes they actually pour more than 3 sips worth of coffee for $7."

"The matcha here is great! The coffee, too. We always try to order ahead in the app when we come here to avoid the lines. We’ve tried several drinks here and all of them have been so good! Even the decaf version of the coffee tastes pretty good~"

"I have mixed feelings. For me, one of the main roles is played by the drink. The latte was disgustingly bitter. To make it mild and flavorful, do the following: 1) Good beans should have no bitterness, use 1 espresso shot for the drink. 2) If it is very bitter, change the grind, it should be coarser. And the serving size for 1 shot should be 10 grams, use a scale. 3) Clean the machine after a change and make sure to clean the holders. Then your coffee will be of good quality and people will be attracted to you. To know if the shot is good, make a couple espressos, it should be sour but not bitter. Good luck"
