"I was really looking forward to giving this place a good review, but my experience was a bit disappointing. I tried to be understanding since they were busy. I went in, placed my order, and asked how long the wait would be. They said about 15 minutes, so I gave them an extra 5 minutes. Unfortunately, when I returned, my chicken bowl was cold, the rice was overcooked and hard, and I even found a hair in the beans. However, the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is great. I hope they can improve the food quality during busy times, because otherwise this could be a really enjoyable spot."

"When you walk into this location you are greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable baristas. I ordered a cinnamon roll iced latte, their cranberry holiday fizz, and the mushroom toast. I normally don't order sweet drinks but I enjoy a cinnamon roll every so often. I got an extra shot of espresso and it was amazing. The holiday fizz was the perfect amount of tart and sweetness and it really is a light drink to enjoy wit your food. Now for the mushroom toast! A slightly toasted piece of sourdough, not too toasted so it cuts up your mouth and not under toasted so the toppings make it soggy. It truly is toasted just right with a nice layer of cashew cream, the mushroom melody is delicious, but what really brings it all together is the very mild spicy chili crunch! If you are looking for a light but delicious lunch I recommend the mushroom toast and cranberry fizz. And there is no shortage of seating. When you walk in it looks like there might just be a small seating area. But once you get in, there are so many places to sit. You have booths, tables and chairs, a large community table and outdoor seating. Lastly, of course they don't only offer you water, but you have a choice of regular water and two different flavored waters. The attention to detail for the customer experience is so well thought through."
