"Half the cup was just ice definitely not worth $6. Even Starbucks does it better. On top of that, the service was rude, and they messed up my order (iced mocha is not the same as iced matcha). Really disappointing experience totally ruined my day💀"

"Ordered a small vanilla latte and it didn’t taste like vanilla. It is fine- I get it, there were a lot of people and maybe they forgot, has happened in other places. BUT when I asked them if they would put vanilla syrup because it didn’t taste like any, the lady was visibly upset and almost didn’t believe me. It felt rude and unfair because we are students and the coffee IS NOT cheap."
