"A cozy cofffe shop nestled in an abundant spacious atrium with soft jazz in the background. They have plenty of seating for anyone who wants to sit and sip their coffee. The staff is super friendly and opn to have a conversation with the their customers, it’s refreshing. They are also super fast with their service especially with long lines. I ordered the Hot Vanilla Latte, which was rich, creamy, and smooth with every sip. It was very good, I will definitely be coming back for another great experience."

"This is my go-to spot! #1 thing for me is that it’s consistent!! Every single time, the drinks will come out tasting the same as before, which is a great thing. It’s so delicious, the employees are super kind, friendly, and helpful when deciding what to drink. They’re patient while explaining their different menu items and always have a smile on their face. I usually get an iced banana latte, but their honey cinnamon latte is also really good. They validate parking, they bring the drinks to you if you order “for here”, and there’s a lot of options for seating (couches, conference tables, comfy chairs, and outdoor seating). 10/10 recommend this place."

"My new favorite place. I went last week because of the reviews and this is definitely by far the best coffee shop in Irvine. I do have my fav spots for other kinds of coffee drinks. But the building is great atmosphere, and dog friendly! The restrooms are small but clean. Customer service is 13/10. The gentleman was very sweet to my baby both visits. This recent one I brought my husband for our baby's 2nd birthday, since she loved her first visit. They gave us a sweet treat 🥹 she also loved the blueberry muffin (no pic) and I really enjoyed their Spanish Latte! I loved how it had the right amount of Cinnamon, and despite using condensed milk to make it sweet, they don't make it overly sweet like other coffee shops. It was just an overall, delicious drink and I would get it again. My husband got his usual, cold brew. I didn't try it the day of, but the next day, it is SO good! Smooth, and no acidic aftertaste I usually get drinking cold brews day of! I would also get this again, but they happen to brew different coffees for cold brews, not sure how often they swap but I'm sure it will be just as good! Thank you!! We'll always be back! So sad it's closed on the weekends."

"I’ve been coming consistently to Cassel earth coffee for over 1 year and one thing I can say is Q never misses! Not only is the coffee phenomenal, but the service is always warm friendly and welcoming. Tucked away in a Building called the Atrium, CEC is Irvine’s greatest hidden gem in Orange County! My usual is a Cortado and the balance of flavor is second to none. Let alone Q’s skill with latte art is AMAZING. Never before have I been a stickler about latte art till I started coming here. If youre picky about your coffee as I am then this is the stop you need to make. You wont regret it!"
