"I loved the Costa Mesa location, so I tried the Irvine one since it’s closer. The coffee was great as always, and the avocado toast was one of the best! However, seating is limited, the umbrellas don’t block the sun well, and the service was a bit slow. Still, we enjoyed it and will definitely come back!"
