"I've enjoy eating lunch at Freddy's Deli because the staff are super friendly and food is delicious and made to order. My favorite items are the breakfast sandwich and turkey sandwich but everything has been delicious. Dishes are made fresh to order. I recommend checking it out as it is close to John Wayne airport. Freddy is always keeping his menu fresh and trying new things. I've tried their new pre-made chicken sandwich today and it was excellent and fresh. The chef was super nice to offer to heat the bread and it was perfect.Airport. Highly recommend!"

"Stopped by for lunch and the food was absolutely delicious! The guy at the counter was super generous gave me a free soda and didn’t even charge for the avocados 🥑🧃. You don’t see that kind of kindness often. Great vibes, great service, and seriously fresh ingredients. Definitely coming back!"

"High quality food! Look no further just go here! It's soo good! Breakfast burrito with cage free eggs is absolutely incredible! The best in town. Acai bowl is delicious and is imported from Brazil! No preservatives, no additives, no added sugar. The owner Freddy is a 2 time cancer survivor, makes everything with love and chooses high quality ingredients. He want his customers to enjoy good healthy food. Great human being! 10/10 recommend! Freddy's is right by the airport too, if you just flew in and want some good food that's close by, look no further!"

"This was the worst "pastrami" sandwich I've ever had. But before I get to that... Y'all, put a menu up by where you order, or a QR code, or something. It's nice that the dude offers to tell you the popular items, but some people like to just browse a menu at their own pace. What's more, the specials menu is misleading. The smoked pastrami special says includes chips and a drink. But it was $18. The online menu (which I found after placing my order) says the sandwich is $13.95. Charging $4 for a can of soda and a tiny bag of chips is not a special. But back to the "pastrami". It's not pastrami. It tastes like stinky processed meat. It was clearly a bologna-style meat, where the meat is blended then pressed into a meat shape, then sliced. It tasted nothing like the delicious saltiness of proper pastrami, and it kind of stunk like organ meat. I've eaten pastrami in some questionable places, but this was the worst pastrami sandwich I've ever had. Also, if people are gonna eat there, give them a paper plate. A big single-use-plastic blister pack is not it for dine-in. Otherwise, it was a quiet place to sit, guy cooking was helpful and friendly, the food my girlfriend got was pretty good. Some of the other menu items seem good. If you're gonna eat here, try those. For me, after that "pastrami" fiasco, I won't be back."
