"I visited Immersion to try the Roasted Black Sesame Latte and I was very happy with it. The latte was served iced and it had a really good black sesame flavor without being overly sweet. Make sure you stir the drink really well as a lot of my black sesame flavoring at at the bottom. The shop also had some unique cookie flavors and they serve the cookies warm. Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie - nothing special, tastes like a regular chocolate chip cookie Hojicha Butterscotch Cookie - hojicha flavor really comes through well. The butterscotch wasn't as gooey as I thought it would be. Black Sesame Snickernoodle - black sesame flavor comes through really well. To be honest, I ate the black sesame part and tossed the Snickernoodle part. The shop is quite small and has very limited seating. No dedicated parking lot but we didn't have issues finding street parking during our visit. I would go back for the Roasted Black Sesame Latte"

"Yes, the shop is small, but you can easy take your drink and walk 2 minutes to the beach. I had a strawberry matcha latte and highly appreciate that they use ceremonial grade!"

"I recommend ordering oatmilk if you want to try strawberry matcha because the cream top itself is sweet. I can taste the fiber of the strawberry, so I love the strawberry bottom pretty much!"

"New spot in La Jolla is so cute! And steps from the beach. Loved the interior, felt very retro Japanese-inspired. We tried the orange latte, the vanilla bean flat white, and the matcha raspberry cookie - all delicious, definitely recommend."
