"The pastries are absolutely amazing. I try to visit each year that we come to the San Diego/La Jolla area due to the unique baked goods. This year I had a passionfruit pastry. If you like passionfruit it was to die for-that citrusy/tart flavor married with some kind of creamy filling in a flaky pastry—gorgeous looking and tasting. The citrus-pistachio croissant was delicious too and in the photo. (Or 1/2 of it 🤣) Need I say more! A few years ago, I had some kind of kumquat pastry that was equal amazing. Their offerings change weekly so if you want to try the passionfruit pastry, go this week! Mostly takeout, as a very small storefront footprint, but the beach is near. Sorry I started eating before I snapped a photo so the edible pink flower is gone."

"My favorite style croissant. Shiny outside, butter smell, good old school french croissant. Sourdough! Same as croissan, good old style sourdough bread, texture inside is quite perfect with little sourness and wetness that I adore. 10/10. Quite quick service as well."

"A small bakery/coffee shop but with a lot of amazing pastries. Got the Hazelnut Apple Croissant and it hit all the right marks! Also, outside you can sit and enjoy your coffee while getting shade from the trees."

"Good bakery. Decent line but moves quick. Almond croissant - very dense and almost seemed like it was baked a little too long. Ham and cheese crossaint needs more ham and cheese, was also dry. Baguette was really good! Kouign-amann was great The rounded crossaint with filling was also very good. Cappuccino was also excellent."

"Oh my word, this place is ridiculous! My 9-year-old found it and asked if we could go for breakfast. So we got there early, waiting about 20 minutes, then got 4 croissants and a scone to share. I cannot describe how good these were, except to say I would have waiting 60 minutes if I had to. It was worth it! We got a lemon blueberry scone, a strawberry pistachio croissant, a chocolate croissant, ham and cheese croissant and an almond croissant. Each one was more amazing than the last. Go out of your way to stop by the next time you’re in the San Diego area!"
