"I've been here a few times and have really enjoyed the food. The portions aren't huge but are big enough. Coffee is fantastic! I was impressed by how quickly the food came, even on a crowded Saturday. Sheldon's is right on the end of the La Mesa Village so it's a nice place to start or end a little walk. The seating area is relaxed and comfortable."

"My husband found this place for brunch and it was a nice surprise! It is totally outside and they have heaters so you don’t feel cold on a chilly cloudy day. Their breakfast menu looks so good, I had a Sheldon’s breakfast bowl. It was very delicious! Eggs are well cooked and the bacon is so crispy! Hashbrown is very yummy as well. My husband had a Benedict, it was delicious. The eggs cooked very nicely, which is running out when you cut it up. The service is helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend!"
