Happened at Rancho mission Viejo so I reordered with you guys and now it happened again. So now I’ve paid for two and have no shake I can safely eat. The workers need to pay attention! Lucky my allergy isn’t deadly!"

"I ordered two smoothies (the exact same one) with no dates and sure enough they both came with dates. This is probably the third or fourth time in a row this has happened. I love this place and the workers but for some reason they can’t seem to figure out what No Dates means. Including DoorDash fees on two of the four wrong orders, I wasted well over $70 on smoothies I can’t drink because of dates."
