"I’m gluten free and dairy free, and Urth Café is one of my absolute favorites! The location alone is perfect — great for a relaxed lunch and just a quick walk across the road to the beach. Plus, there’s this adorable little seagull that always hangs out on the water-fountain ball. He’s super friendly and not aggressive at all, just vibing. My usual order is the chicken and green chile tamales, but they were sold out this time, so I tried the Mediterranean Plate instead — and wow, the hummus and falafel were incredible! My wife stuck with her go-to, the sprout sandwich on gluten-free bread. One of the things I love most about this place is that they don’t upcharge for gluten-free bread, which is so rare and so appreciated. The side salad dressing is another standout for me — seriously delicious. Overall, Urth Café is such a great spot to grab a meal or meet up with friends. Highly recommend!"
