"Nice coffee shop! For about $5, I got a caramel machiato. The coffee was fairly good. Sweet and creamy. Lots of seating options. The lines can get pretty long so I would try to come early!"

"This little spot has SO much potential. Sadly, the coffee and the service is mediocre. Anytime I have visited, the staff is so unhappy and unwelcoming. I was there on Tuesday afternoon - nobody in line - but the girl at the counter didn't greet us. After looking at the pastries, we went up to the counter to order without a "hello, how's it going" or anything. When we grabbed our coffee from the barista, she mentioned she may have mixed up the milk on the orders and to let her know and she'd fix it. We ordered a latte, cappuccino, and the blueberry cheese croissant. The croissant was yummy, and the coffee was just okay (no designs either). I've been coming to this coffee shop for a long time - it's a MUST when I'm at the village, mostly because it's one of the only options. It's too bad it is not as good as it used to be"

"Not welcoming at all. Didn't get a Hi or even a smile. The girl acted as though we were bothering her. Such a ugly attitude, we will never come back here again. We usually come ever year. And they just spend time on their phones. Coffee was nasty, food was meh. Hard pass on this location."

"Struggling with what rating to give this. We've only gone to this store for a little while, but we like it because the seating is cozier. But the customer service is subpar at best. They messed up our order to start with. But I think what was most troublesome was the way they just chatted amongst themselves and ignored the customers. But the worst thing was the way they handled our drinks. I ended up waiting on most of the drinks for our party or popping back up to get them. And two different times I heard them talking about one of the teas. Every barista was sticking their nose in it even after it was completely brewed and done. They kept telling others to smell it, and then one described it to another in a way that I won't even write down here. But it ruined the tea for me. And yet I was too afraid to go up and ask them for something else. But I should have. This is a tea I don't find many places and was really excited when I learned this shop had it. Now I will never get it. I won't say I'll never go back to this store, but I will say that even that day I popped into the other store to pick up a bag of tea because I didn't want to deal with the customer service at this store. I see there's other comments about customer service and I guess I don't understand why it's not being addressed. What happened to me was totally uncalled for. We paid a lot for drinks that day and my experience was completely ruined because of unprofessional and frankly unkind baristas. 😢"

You can grab a tasty sandwich for a quick bite, and the coffee is simply delicious. The place is clean, cozy, and has a great vibe that lifts your mood.
