"Honestly I can’t keep track how many times I’ve been here. Became an all time regular since Jan 2019. Hands down my favorite!!! The honey boba here is phenomenal. Sweetness is just right in every drink. Sooo much variety to choose from. Not going to lie, I live 2 hours away now but I always make the commute to come straight to Pengo. Absolutely delicious drinks and I will support them in every way I can. This goes for this location and the Laguna Hills. You are amazing and my all time favorite. Staff no matter what has been wonderful! Fast and efficient service every time. Wish I reviewed sooner."

"What an interesting find in the middle of a totally unexpected place. Drinks are good. I do liked the smoothies, mango tango and mangonado. Kiss of Dragon was interesting. Most of the servers were pleasant. Boba was fresh. The only issue was that the cups were unstable due to small round bottoms."

"This is delicious + cuteness overload! The drinks are yummy, the boba has a good texture, they make the fruit drinks with San Pellegrino, there's a variety of fruit drinks as well as milk teas. The bottles are adorable and reusable. Plus, they sponsor the local high school, and I was told there's discounts to students. Yummy drinks, and very refreshing on a hot day."

"I tried the House Special Milk Tea with boba. It comes in a nice, glass bottle that you can keep and reuse. They use a little too much ice. The flavor, however, was great. The boba had just the right consistency. This place doesn't have a huge variety but it's worth a visit if you just want a good, basic milk tea."

"Pengo's one of my new favorite go-to spots for teas & smoothies in Lake Forest. Their drinks are very refreshing, and it does not taste too sweet or artificial. They have many options from teas, sparkling drinks, juices and smoothies. Some of my favorites are the Thai Milk Tea, Black Sesame Milk Tea, Mango Oolong Fruit Tea, and Mango Tango! Also a shout-out to the ladies there. They were very helpful in answering my questions and providing recommendations!"
