The employee “Kyle” kept misinterpreting my order and took a few minutes alone to get the order right just for one of the drinks to still have missing boba and ended up having to recharge me for it amidst the whole inconvenience. It should not take more than a couple minutes to make an order for 3 very simple drinks. It’s clear there might be a language at the time between me and him there which shouldn’t matter but it seems to have been the case here unfortunately."
