"I am obsessed with their whipped cream Long John bar donut. It's gloriously good! The only place, it seems, to get it is at the Yum Yum Donuts in Lemon Grove. I have been to many Yum Yum Donuts and the related Winchell's Donut Houses. They have the Long John bar donut but it ain't whipped cream filled. Sadly, I don't live close enough to Lemon Grove which is both a blessing and a curse. I would probably eat it every day, multiple times a day and the calories would add up on me. Speaking of which, I estimate it to be about 630 cals based on the non-cream filled value (380) plus 50g of a not overly heavy whipped cream (250). Whatever you do please, please, please don't buy the very last one because it just might be the day I drive way out of my way for it. Instead, get an apple fritter and coffee because they are awesomely good too!!"

"Our favorite location with friendly staff, very clean and always has most if not everything in stock regardless of the time you good. We obviously go for donuts and recently tried their bagel sandwiches which we were really good and a great price. Portion was perfect and the bagel it self is good. I rather go to this Yum Yum vs. Other donut shops."

"Delicious, better than I remember. Haven’t been to Yum Yum in a while because the recipe seemed to be lacking flavor and fluffiness- not anymore!! Don’t know when it changed but these donuts are light and fluffy and simply delicious with every bite. A little pricey compared to the days of a dozen donut holes for a dollar but I guess I’m aging myself with that one. The clerk was super friendly and engaged pleasantly. I’ll definitely be returning for my periodic donut fix."
