"Thunder Cafe is located inside of the Thunder Valley Casino. The cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were there for breakfast. The place is lively but more important, the food is delicious. The customer service is great! Even though the cafe was crowded we were seated right away. We ordered an omelet with spinach, mushrooms and ham; and a breakfast burrito. They arrived at our table within about 7 minutes. They were both delicious. The burrito was so large that it could serve 2 people. (We took half of it home.) The baked goods looked delicious and tempting, however, we resisted because we were so full from breakfast."

"Everything we tried was outstanding. The menu is huge, offering something for every taste, and each dish is thoughtfully prepared with great seasoning and flavor. Portions are incredibly generous, with the pizza being enormous and the fish and chips perfect for sharing. A truly satisfying dining experience."

"We enjoyed this restaurant so much we ate here 3 times over 2 days. The food was perfect no matter what we tried. They have such an extensive menu with something for everyone. It's well-curated and all perfectly seasoned and flavorful. Portion sizes are huge! The pizza was massive and the fish & chips were shared size. They were also the best we've had since England, so well done. All of our servers and staff were so very nice, attentive, and accommodating. This place is a hidden gem that I would go to even if not staying at the casino."

"Queen Nation main singer is like a Reincarnation of Freddie Mercury. He sounds just like him. Such a top notch singer on his own. Multi-instrumental and very talented. "This is normally my favorite café to go to when I come into town, I’m from Sacramento and cam from Wash, DV to visit my parents. Today was the second day in a row that I was handed the bill about two minutes after I received my meal and was told the waiter needed to cash out, and I was not passed on to another server. When I tried to get somebody to take my table to continue my dining experience, I didn’t get anybody. I finally asked one of the wait staff, if I could have a waiter waitress, please come by. The manager showed up in about 10 minutes and didn’t solve anything. He just said I’m sorry and walked away. I’ve been teaching college interpersonal communication for 27 years and the entire exchange, the last couple days was not good. Also, when I asked the weight staff individual, I also addressed him as sir, and he replied with, WHAT!for some assistance, he was not very pleased when I had a jacket with a Marine Corps emblem on it. Very uncomfortable interaction and very surprising. I see many veterans coming in and out of that café and as a matter of fact, one of the key individuals it that works the front desk is a Marine Corps veteran and he and, we’ve had many great conversations with each other. Overall! This will be my last time at this cafe after uncomfortable service two days in a row. I’m not sure what happened? the most difficult was the manager did didn’t try to help me with anything. Help?, I just wanted to get a waiter waitress to continue my meal. The manager never offered that, just walked away. No issue with the food! The food is always good here. The Customer Service has taken a downfall. I will also say that many of the servers are very good. The manager clearly does not understand you can’t give the customer their food, the bill immediately and then nobody’s there to continue the service. I wanted to go back and talk to the manager! Decided better just to walk away."
