"The VIBES!! It’s all about the people and the courteously good ambience at Panama Bay. I was immediately impressed by the warm welcome by the barista and checker. They sadly didn’t have their espresso machine working those 2 times I came in 2 days in a row but good thing they had matcha with lavender. Yummmmm 🤤. I ordered the spinach pastry as well and the size and price was just right. I spent less than $13.50 and normally that would be $17 elsewhere. They had plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. I am from SF and Oakland and I stop by Livermore to meet with clients. I highly recommend!"

"Imma give Panama 4 overall even though I didn’t think my hot matcha latte was up to par. It wasn’t mixed well enough and not hot enough. I really like the establishment though, and the staff was friendly. Furthermore they have good seating both inside and out and a really pleasant atmosphere and decor. If you read my other reviews you know I’m a big fan of spaciousness and natural lighting."

"I tried Panama Bay today and it was honestly pretty disappointing. I ordered one of their specialty lattes, the Almond Joy, which is supposed to be a mix of mocha and coconut. But when I received my drink, it didn’t taste like coconut or mocha at all, it just tasted like an average coffee. There was no hint of either flavor, which was a letdown, especially since the employee mentioned it was really good."
