from Google & Yelp"This place is amazing. Easily one of the best matcha lattes and avocado toasts I have had in the broader South Bay. I usually regret ordering avocado toast bc I feel I have scammed myself paying so much for avo on bread, but COPA’s is next-level restaurant quality. So fresh & flavorful on Gusto sourdough. Would definitely recommend ordering it OG style. It’s busy inside (for good reason) but tables clear up and the service is also so friendly and attentive. If I lived in this area I’d be a regular."
"Easily one of the best “dirty lavender chai w/oatmilk” I have ever had & I’ve been ordering them all over the country for a decade. So delicious & my husband & I both ordered food & basically licked our plates clean. He had one of the bowls with purple potatoes & beets & I had the avocado toast. Loved the atmosphere as well. We sat for hours reading & working."
"Holy cow! Cannot believe what I witnessed while waiting (forever) for my to go order. A woman came to the counter explaining that her order was accidentally given to another table. The gentlemen from that table also came up to the counter to exchange the food (which is family touched) for the correct order. Understandably, the woman asked for her food, that had been touched by another kid/wife, to be remade. She was given attitude by the employees and after she walked away, they snickered more about flipping over her BLT or giving her the same burrito back because they thought remaking was unnecessary. The man in a blue hat who I can only assume was the manager also joked about rewrapping the food and giving to the next customer who orders it. They then took 4 or 5 minutes to put in her remake order and at least 15 to make it. No sense of urgency to correct the situation. I left before she got her food back, but feeling very discouraged by the customer service I witnessed given a mistake on their part. The food here is expensive anyways. If you’re willing to pay $40 for breakfast, be prepared for the 20-somethings that might give you someone else’s sloppy seconds"
"I am at the point where I no longer want to eat out unless the food is unique and high quality and Coffee Parlor provides me with both of those things. Their breakfast burritos and tallow tots are my favorite items on the menu and the coffee is phenomenal as well. The workers are amazing and it’s such a perfect cozy spot to hang out at even for just a few minutes while you sip your drink or finish your meal. Truly worth a visit when you’re in the area."
"Just had the best breakfast burrito ever. Birria beef, 2 eggs, tallow-fried tater tots, pico de gallo and avocado... bomb.com... good salsa also. Not sure what is in this coffee but it also is probably the best I've ever had. Different, interesting flavor. The only downside, and I've only been here once, it's a little small (tough to jockey for position waiting for my food) and a little pricey. $18 for the birria breakfast burrito... I would have hoped it was a little larger or a little less expensive. Still, delicious."
