"i came in for a bagel with cream cheese/tomato and bacon and the lady who made it, seemed less than thrilled to make it. i should’ve perhaps walked out when the service was sub par, but i was hungry. the bagel was soggy, the tomatoes seemed old and soggy and the bacon was old as well. very disappointed with my bagel today. i will stick to the los alamitos location."

"Their bagels are good and coffee, but don’t waste your money on the ham and cheese croissant sandwich. Plus the wait to get our food was 30 minutes. It was advertised as a build your own sandwich and you could add things, so I added avocado. It was greasy and mushy, so l I tried to eat it with a fork and knife. It was just barely edible. No refund or accommodation could be given. Stick with a bagel and cream cheese if you go there. Much safer option."
