What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"My friends and I had a very disappointing experience at this location. There is a sign advertising breakfast sandwiches, but when we asked about them, the employees responded rudely and said they don’t make them. As soon as we walked away, they began laughing at us. Since there were no other affordable food options, we went back to purchase muffins and drinks. My friend asked for ice water, and the cashier responded with attitude, saying it would be an extra $1.50, then handed her a cup filled only with ice. When my friend asked why there was no water, the cashier said they “don’t have water” and tried to dismiss her so she could help a male customer instead. She suddenly became extremely friendly and flirty with him, even asking another employee to take over her register so she could continue talking to him. When it was my turn, I asked if they could warm up the pastries I ordered, and they told me no because they “don’t have a microwave,” despite an oven being visible behind them. All of the employees had their name tags flipped, so we couldn’t even identify who was helping us. Overall, the behavior and attitude of the staff were unprofessional and disappointing."
"The Cashier Lady Name Martha, yes short and looking mean all the time has no customer service at all. Don’t know why she is a customer service. Attitude stinks and she gives the look like you bothering her. She doesn’t greet you no smiles and very rude. I do not recommend it to anyone. Very $$$$$ expensive and not all that great. $45 for 2 coffee and 2 croissant sandwiches wow!! Who ever is the owner needs to do something about her. Or just not have her at the cashier to deal with customers."
"Friendly staff, but brewed coffee (and most products in general) are wildly overpriced, even for airport standards. e.g. Smallest size of brewed coffee is $5.49 + tax + optional tip. Breakfast pastries are $6+ and look very sad :("
"This is coffee and bakery at the Long Beach airport past security. The coffee was absolutely delicious. Long line moved fast!"
"I know airport food is supposed to be crappy and expensive, but this is the worst I've ever had. $32 for me to get a large coffee, muffin, and a breakfast burrito. The staff are fast at least. Everything tasted like 7-11 coffee and food."
"Cannot rave about Foodologie enough!!! The best cookies AND brownies I've ever had and I'm not even a sweets or chocolate type of girl. Since I moved away..."
