"I came for that September $2 Salted Caramel Drink Deal on Thursday. They were out, so they offered a Pumpkin Spice Ice Blended Drink instead. It was good in taste. The pastries were scarce and did not look so fresh. I got the Chocolate Croissant which was just OK. I came around 4pm and it was empty, no wait! This Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is located in the Long Beach Courthouse as part of a food court, so it actually does not give you the nice coffee shop feel. A plus are the big windows that provide a lot of natural lighting."

"I’m sorry but the workers there had no idea what they were doing. Pretty sure they didn’t use the sugar free powder I asked for not to mention they put way too much of whatever they did put in there. The cup is all ice, literally. I saw her scoop the ice and it was all the way to the top. And to top it off they didn’t even fill up my drink to the top…. They need to hire more experienced baristas. It wasn’t cheap and if anyone wants Coffee Bean please make the drive and go to an ACTUAL one. Not the ones where you can’t even use the app to get your points. I should have just driven the extra 10 minutes."
