from Google & Yelp"Had most delicious dinner with my daughter on Saturday night. This is our go to bakery and breakfast spot and we were excited to try their Saturday night dinner. They did not disappoint! The meal and ambience were fantastic. As much as I crave my Bella coffee in the morning and my kids beg for their sourdough bread and Chocolate Babka, I may be craving Bella dinners now too🤤"
"Bella’s Bread and Butter is such a hidden gem! Tucked behind a leafy garden on Melrose, it gives off total neighborhood bakery vibes warm, welcoming, and full of charm. Jack helped me out and was super friendly, recommending some of their favorites. I went with the chocolate and almond croissants (both incredible, but the almond croissant totally stole the show ; buttery, crispy, just sweet enough). I also tried their dragon fruit refresher, which had a gorgeous color but was a bit bland. I’d love to see it with lemonade or sparkling water for an extra pop! Bella’s isn’t just a grab and go bakery. They’ve got a full menu of wood fired sourdough pizzas, sandwiches, toasts, salads, and cozy breakfast plates. It’s a great spot to sit and relax in the garden with a full meal. They even host sourdough workshops, which I thought was such a fun and community friendly touch! All in all, it’s the kind of place you instantly want to come back to. Whether you’re in for a pastry, a pizza, or just the chill garden vibes, highly recommend! 🥖☕🌿"
"Bella’s Bread + Butter is hands down my favorite restaurant. I try to come at least once a week — honestly, if I could, I’d come every day. Every single thing I’ve tried here isn’t just good — it’s absolutely incredible. Their sourdough pizza is on a whole different level, and I haven’t seen anything like it anywhere else in the kosher scene in LA. Every time I tell my son we’re going to Bella’s, he lights up with excitement. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!"
"After hearing many good things, I finally went to Bella's with a friend recently. We got there shortly after opening, and service was slow, as the workers were still stocking shelves and very distracted. However, the food and coffees were sooo delicious. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her lavender latte, and the chai latte I was served was the best I've ever had. The pastry was fluffy, with scrumptious filling. And the garden room in the back is adorable, with tons of seating. We will be coming back."
"Been here many times. Honestly can say this is my favorite breakfast and lunch spot in LA. The food is SO fresh, it is obvious that they use the highest quality and freshest ingredients. It’s also a real homey atmosphere- the outdoor patio in the back provides such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It definitely can get busy but that’s a testament to how good the food is! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh, quality food with great outdoor seating."
