"Thursday, January 22, 2026 @ 9:39am - Customer service sucked today! (Anna) The young lady who took my order, never smiled at me, was very dry and didn't seem like she wanted to help me at all. I didn't feel welcomed. THEN she messed up my simple espresso order!! I asked for oatmilk but she entered almond milk instead. She then walked away without a thank you, still NO SMILE. I had to personally ask for my receipt. That's how I was able to catch the error when I saw my receipt. One last note.... I watched her interaction with the next customer after me and she actually greeted her with more energy, which included a smile!! Do better, Miss Anna!!! I started my morning with their breakfast croissant sandwich and was blown away by the quality. The croissant itself was perfectly flaky and buttery, filled with fresh ingredients that complemented each other beautifully without overwhelming the delicate pastry. Every bite was a perfect balance of flavors. To complement my meal, I tried one of their custom smoothies - a refreshing blend that was clearly made with premium ingredients. You can taste the difference when a place doesn't cut corners, and Bluestone Lane certainly doesn't. The staff (Anna & Ryan are stars!) was kind and attentive, and the overall atmosphere encourages you to linger a while longer with your coffee. Whether you're looking for a peaceful spot to work remotely or a charming setting for catching up with friends, this Australian-inspired café delivers on all fronts. "We come to Bluestone Lane in Brentwood when we have our appointment in the building. I had to quickly take this picture before we devoured the blueberry muffin. It doesn’t even compare to a Starbucks – – this one here is so amazing! Bryan L. provided friendly, excellent service and even brought the copies out to us. Also, their coffee is excellent. I had a latte my husband had a cappuccino."

"The coffee was good. Food was kind of bland and under seasoned, but that’s just LA. They had the doors propped open and it was COLD. We dined in but it wasn’t tolerable for long."

"I got the "Avocado Smash w/ the Lot" which is avocado with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, prosciutto, and chili flakes on multigrain and OMG IT WAS THE BEST AVOCADO TOAST I'VE EVER HAD SHEEEEEEESH. Also got an espresso shot and also the "Protein PB & Blueberry Smoothie" super delicious! Definitely recommend this place especially for those health conscious! They have fresh pressed juice too!"
